these are stamp like stickers likely intended as an added item to an envelope / package .............however these are not postage stamps and have no value as postage..................1 of the stickers came off and is not 100% stickable...............but it may stick to paper...........the rest are in good condition............the paper they are on has some scattered folds and waves but it won't affect the ability to use these if you want too...........and they will stick flat onto the surface with no defects..........23 perfect ones and 1 is questionable as far as sticking to a surface.............and another of the god bless america version has a small 1/8" tear in the white area above the s in the word boys............4 of this same type have a spot or 2 of some very light discoloration as if something dripped on it...........but can only see with magnification.........1 of the flag version has a line indent about 1/2" long tht can only be seen with lights glare...........
