hat looks to be new but it has not been kept sealed so there are areas where you can see this but just barely.....does not look like it has been worn........one size fits all.......no plastic......adjustable by a belt buckle like device than lifts up.......tighten or loosen then push back down.........picked this up at a sale and looks like it has never been worn.......check photos.......the cap is not perfectly clean on the outside....just a few areas where you can tell it has not been in a box but minimal............[! identifier_exists:FALSE!]
