not sure if this has been used other than the few readings in it that i made when testing it..............i did not find any readings in it..........had trouble with batteries and finally found 1 that worked..........it is inserted and included..........1 round disc that is empty included..........3 unused loose strips that popped out while i was testing it are included............meter uses breeze 2 test strips.............meter is basically new as described..........the meter was out of box so some light scratches on the screen plastic........none seen elsewhere due to the type of material used........does not scratch easily.......1 meter only per your purchase + 3 loose strips.....[! identifier_exists:FALSE!]
