you may get ones with the twist off cap or ones with the round style cap...........they are the same lancet except for the way the cap is designed...........these are universal lancets..................they will work in most devices but not in accu chek devices................the boxes are sealed and have no exp date.............you get 2 sealed boxes of 100 each per order........200 total lancets.................
