sticker is new with issues.........a small mark / damage above the T near the L and also on and near the R..............has got some dirt in 1 spot on the sticky side.......and a few small spots all along the break in the paper on the backside...see pics....you can clean those spots..... the sticker will work even with those issues...........also has a few wrinkles which should flatten out after applied.............price reflects the discount for these issues.........
