open box with 3 remaining.........batteries seem to work.......i tested 1...........they can be replaced.........some sort of way to track items lost or stolen..........these 3 are untested but i am sure they will work.....batteries might need replaced.......please review this item online before ordering to be sure you know it will work for you.........free returns if defective.........not likely.....apparently a gps tracking device............
