the pen does not write and the batteries need replacing..photo shows 3 batteries but it take 4 of that size..............selling as is for parts or repair......this is an older pen...........has some rubbing off of the burgundy color in places..........a few scuffs on the pocket clip and other chrome areas.....light.....the flashlight mechanism is untested.........still in very good condition for the age.............you will need a new ink cartridge and 3 lr41 batteries to get this working.....free domestic returns if issues after you replace these items or keep as is for a collectible piece...........rare pen.......
