the burgundy area where you would hold it is a rubbery type material that has a slight give to it...............lightweight.......all the black areas and the erasure cap are plastic...............there is lead in the pencil.............very good condition with only minimal magnified signs of usage to the burgundy area otherwise minimal use look...........intl shipping may be lower...........send a message.........
