this may be a used battery..........has 1.79 volts showing on the meter.........looks to be for a uniden portable phone or any other device that requires dc 3.6 volts 800 mah battery.....the connection must be the same or you will have to fabricate..........very possible battery was never used usps ground shipping only..............no intl shipping......
