used..........tested putting out 11 volts......red light does not come on.......likely will light up when a draw upon the power adapter and plugged in..............not much on this item on-line.........it is 12 volt dc input and 9 volt dc 500ma output.......tested works.......cord is 5' 23" in length........good working condition........used.....
