used software? not really sure if it has been used.......the disc's look new.........possible it was installed but not used long term........transferability does not seem to be an issue from the research i have done online..........says it works on windows 2000 xp and some forums say it works on windows 7........and also windows..... 10...early versions of 20 work better with newer versions of windows.....don't know if this is an early version of 20..........not sure.....definitely will work on xp............any issues and i will make good on it..........you get what you pay for...........this also seems to be a very good version of print shop without glitches..........free usps ground shipping......will be slightly higher if you need it quicker.....send a message for a quote.......
