picked these up at a sale...........good quality approx 4" round...........they do have a slight fold in them but that ought to go away as the sticker is put onto a surface.................i don't know the age or who made them.........but they appear to be fairly new..........the numbers go along with these but are not part of the listing..........not sure what they were intended for.............free domestic returns if you are not happy with these.......you get 2 sets of numbers and 2 decals as shown with your purchase.......[! brand:Unbranded/Generic!]
