this is a home depot product that you use to organize wires.........you slide them into the cable tube and they stay out of the way..........tube is clear..........was a kit.....is unused but is missing some cable ties.......you can get those at the $1 store.........good for computers....audio etc........it is 4' long x 3/4" wide.........long tube is very light and has a slit in it to slide the wires in...........
