imei # checks out clean.............not sure if network locked....likely is locked to t-mobile but they won't activate 3g phones......some resellers will........i see online that companies will unlock for $20............has not been factory reset..........................phone is close to excellent used condition but is missing the back cover.............has a good battery and looks like it has only been used a handful of times and it shows..........no real marks except for some light scratches on the screen................imei checks out good..........it is missing the complete back cover...........no charger......... no sd card............. no sim..............all intl shipping will be refunded to the lowest price with tracking for your country.......if possible............many countries are around $15..........send a message for an exact quote...........
