these are new....9 each per order colors as described in the title..........i cannot find this exact band anywhere online........these were stored with other stuff and a hair color tube started leaking from the bottom and some got onto a few of these...it rinsed right out and only 1 of the gray ones has a slight mark on it............so not brand new........but these are made to get wet anyway.........these will stretch out to about 5".....not quite 1/2" wide..........best i can tell is they are good for your wrist or ankle............send a message for a possible lower intl shipping cost................
