this is a tester that fell and disturbed to contents.....no mixing.......there is no brush applicator.....it has the plastic over the eye shadows.....this may have been slightly used or played around with...............cannot really tell but selling as used.....most of the shadows have all the contents there.........but under magnification looks like i see brushed areas on a couple of them or they were pressed on thru the plastic cover.......quality looks fine........
