this is a sheaffer pen made for jack in the box restaurants.........vintage...........pen does not write..........this pen screws into the cap..........cap has 2 approx 1" cracks in it right above the chrome piece where the pen screws into........also substantial spotty peeling of the red and blue colored area on this cap.......not sure how old this is................all intl shipping will be refunded to the lowest price with tracking for your country...........where possible..........
